We are pleased to announce the long-anticipated launch of the tZERO Security Token Sale.

During the period commencing on December 18, 2017, which is anticipated to run through January 18, 2018 (the “Pre-Sale Period”), tZERO will enter into SAFEs with strategic purchasers identified by the Company as accredited investors.

During the period which is expected to commence on January 18, 2018 and to run through February 16, 2018 (the “Subsequent Sale Period”), tZERO will enter into SAFEs with other accredited investors.

The Pre-Sale Period and the Subsequent Sale Period may each be extended or shortened in the Company’s sole discretion. Any change to such dates will be announced by press release or other available means of notifying purchasers.

Patrick Byrne


In 1999, Patrick M. Byrne launched Overstock.com. In 2016, Overstock had revenues of $1.8 billion. In 2012, Byrne’s pro-freedom political orientation challenged Overstock to become the first online retailer to accept bitcoin for payments. In 2015, Byrne used Medici’s t0.com trading platform to become the first person to purchase a digital bond entirely on the blockchain, and in 2016 Overstock was the first company ever to issues shares of a public company on an ATS.

Joe Cammarata


Joe began his career at Datek where he pioneered NASDAQ market orders. While at Datek he developed an internal cross that would eventually become the Island ECN. He then orchestrated the growth of Datek Online - which was sold to Ameritrade, for just under $1.4 billion. Joe then co-founded Sonic Trading and led the company as CEO to a successful acquisition in 2004 by the Bank of New York. He is currently the CEO of SpeedRoute, and president of tZERO.

Ralph Daiuto, Jr.

COO and General Counsel

Daiuto, Jr. is an accomplished attorney and business leader with over two decades of experience in the securities industry, managing several broker-dealers and innovative technology companies and overseeing their daily operation, including legal, compliance, and regulatory matters. Ralph is currently the COO and General Counsel tZERO. He is admitted to practice law in the states of NY and NJ, as well as the U.S. District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of NY and the District of NJ.

John Gilchrist

Chief Information Officer

Industry veteran John Gilchrist joined Herzog Heine and Geduld in 1987, responsible for all trading and clearing technology/systems as well as all operating systems. After Herzog was acquired by Merrill Lynch John was responsible for Merrill’s NASDAQ market making and DMA offerings. Has been with SpeedRoute since its inception in 2010.

Steve Bailey

Chief Financial Officer

Steve Bailey is Chief Financial Officer and the FINOP of both SpeedRoute, LLC and its affiliated broker-dealer ATS, PRO Securities, LLC, and a Finance Controller for the parent company t0.com, Inc. He has worked in the Finance Department or on Securities Lending trading desks of various banks and broker-dealers for over 20 years, in London and New York. Prior to working in London, he was a Senior Investigator with the Inland Revenue Department in New Zealand.

Alex Vlastakis

Chief Administrative Officer

Alex is the Chief Administrative Officer of tZERO and COO of SpeedRoute. He brings over 17 years of experience in institutional business development, international and domestic order routing, trading systems and brokerage. Alex was formerly with Bank of New York through multiple positions and acquisitions. His understanding of market structure, technology, and institutional clients make him instrumental to T0’s operations.

Raj Karkara

CRO and Member of the Board tZERO

As CRO and board member of tZERO.com, Overstock.com’s financial technology subsidiary - Raj was instrumental in the issuance and sale of the world’s first digital bond in 2015, and in 2016, issuing the world’s first publicly traded digital security, which settled same day using the tZERO platform. Before joining Overstock, Karkara was the Director of Global Strategic Product Development at MasterCard, focusing on global mobile payments and mobile identity solutions.

Brian Capuano

Chief Compliance Officer

Brian is the COO of both SpeedRoute, LLC and its affiliate broker-dealer ATS, PRO Securities, LLC. He brings over 30 years of diverse industry experience, starting at the PHLX where he ultimately managed trading operations for several major firms, on to managing electronic trading desks at several respected firms on Wall Street. He brings this breadth of brokerage experience to bear in overseeing SpeedRoute and PRO’s compliance programs, regulatory responsibilities and daily trading operations.
